By enrolling my child at Master Art Academy, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms and policies:

Enrollment & Tuition Structure

Tuition at Master Art Academy is charged as a flat monthly rate.
Tuition reserves a seat for my child in their assigned class and is not calculated per class attended.

Monthly tuition remains the same regardless of:

Holidays
Studio closures
Shorter or longer calendar months
Student absences

Attendance, Absences & Make-Up Classes

Regular attendance is encouraged to support student progress. Each student is eligible for up to two make-up classes per month, subject to availability.

Please note the following policies:

Parents may schedule missed classes in advance when they know their child will be absent, subject to availability
Absences must be submitted using our Absence Form:

Missed classes do not roll over to the following month
No credits or refunds will be issued for missed classes, including requests made after the fact or near the end of the month. Families are encouraged to review our studio calendar to identify available dates for potential make-up classes.
Make-up classes are not guaranteed and are offered at the discretion of the studio
If offered, make-up classes must be used within the same month

These policies allow us to maintain consistent staffing, class planning, and a high-quality experience for all students.

Studio Closures & Scheduled Breaks

Master Art Academy observes scheduled closures throughout the year, including but not limited to:

Holidays
Studio breaks
Art shows or special events

These closures are built into the program calendar, and tuition is not adjusted for these dates. Occasional make-up opportunities may be offered separately.

Enrollment Commitment & Withdrawal

Enrollment is ongoing and month-to-month unless otherwise stated.

To maintain enrollment, tuition must remain current.
Student seats may be released after one week of late payment.
If a student is absent for 30 consecutive days without communication, enrollment will be considered discontinued and the student’s seat may be released.

Payments

Tuition is billed monthly
Late or failed payments after a week may result in loss of the student’s seat

No Refund Policy

All tuition payments are non-refundable.
This includes absences, schedule conflicts, illness, vacations, or studio closures.

Pick-Up Policy

Master Art Academy is not a childcare or daycare facility. Parents/guardians are expected to pick up students promptly at the end of each class. A 10-minute grace period is provided. Pick-ups occurring after the grace period will incur a late pick-up fee of $15 for every additional 10 minutes. Repeated late pick-ups may result in loss of enrollment.
