Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Master Art Academy. By enrolling in classes, camps, workshops, or programs offered by Master Art Academy, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

 

1. Enrollment

Enrollment reserves a student's space in a class or program. Space is limited and enrollment is accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Students must meet the minimum age requirements for their enrolled program.

 

2. Tuition & Payments

Tuition is billed monthly and is due according to the payment schedule selected during enrollment.

Failure to make payment may result in suspension or cancellation of enrollment until the account is brought current.

Returned payments may be subject to additional fees.

 

3. Cancellation Policy

Families may cancel enrollment at any time by providing written notice before the next billing cycle.

No refunds will be provided for tuition already paid for the current billing period.

 

4. Missed Classes & Make-Up Classes

Master Art Academy allows up to two make-up classes per month, subject to availability.

Make-up classes:

  • Must be completed within the same month as the absence.

  • Cannot be carried over to future months.

  • Have no cash value.

  • Are not guaranteed and depend on available class space.

No refunds, credits, or prorated tuition will be issued for missed classes.

 

5. Camps & Special Events

Camp and special event registrations may have separate cancellation and refund policies.

Unless otherwise stated, registration fees are non-refundable.

 

6. Student Conduct

Students are expected to:

  • Treat instructors, staff, and fellow students respectfully.

  • Follow studio rules and safety instructions.

  • Use materials and equipment responsibly.

Master Art Academy reserves the right to dismiss any student whose behavior disrupts the learning environment.

 

7. Late Pick-Up Policy

Students must be picked up promptly at the scheduled end time.

A 10-minute grace period is provided.

After the grace period, a fee of $15 per additional 10-minute period will be charged.

Repeated late pickups may result in loss of enrollment privileges.

 

8. Photography & Artwork

Master Art Academy may photograph classes, student artwork, exhibitions, and events for educational, promotional, marketing, and social media purposes.

Parents who do not wish for their child to appear in photographs must notify Master Art Academy in writing.

Student artwork may be displayed online, in print materials, exhibitions, and academy marketing materials.

 

9. Assumption of Risk & Liability

Participation in art classes and activities involves the use of art materials and tools.

Parents and guardians acknowledge these inherent risks and agree that Master Art Academy, its owners, employees, contractors, and instructors shall not be liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation except where required by law.

 

10. Personal Property

Master Art Academy is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

 

11. Online Programs

Access to online courses, videos, worksheets, and educational materials is for the registered student or household only.

Course materials may not be copied, distributed, shared, resold, or reproduced without written permission.

 

12. Changes to Programs & Policies

Master Art Academy reserves the right to modify schedules, instructors, tuition rates, policies, programs, or curriculum when necessary.
